A lot of time i mistakenly click this button because is close to accept. Wouldn’t it better to remove it altogether?

That the help page is empty seems to be a bug. May I suggest you report it to https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/

As for you wish not having a help button it could bother a lot of other people you need the help button. But if you like you can place an enhancement request at: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org//enter_bug.cgi?product=LibreOffice

- Making the bug report an enhancement request you need to select “Enhancement” in the field “Severity”
I added it. As a enhancement, as you said (bug #93578). Within 24 hours of adding the bug it was marked as resolved-invalid. It is great to see a community like the LibreOffice one, always open to suggestions and new proposals from users.
By the way, i was considering donating to the LibreOffice project. But i guess if my proposals aren’t welcome, the my money isn’t welcome too.
