How do I print a row from a 'Calc' to an index card?

I am using a ‘calc’ spread sheet, but would like to print each individual row onto an index card,i.e. one card per row.
Is there a simple way to do this? If possible I would like to show the colum headings on the print out.

I have tried to use labels without success!
