How do I install extensions in Writer 4.3?

I have spent the last hour trying to find out how to install Extensions and I have found no answers. Would someone please give me a hand?

A Step by step procedure in this how to.

Note:

  • All Extensions do not require to accept the license
  • As stated in the how to remember to quit and restart LibreOffice to deploy extension
