I am the only user on this machine, and the “User Accounts” in Control Panel shows that I am an Administrator. I opened the installation MSI file as “full Admin control”. When I dbl-click the icon on the desktop I get the fatal error message.
The same Libreoffice installed and ran perfectly in XP. How can I fix the windows-7 installation?
In the folder: “\Users\my-name\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4” "permissions for LibreOffice, all the “Allow” fields are checked but greyed-out. I am able to check the Deny boxes but I think that’s futile.
