How do i export only certain ranges?

I have 4 sheets in my workbook, 2 of them are hidden. I wish to export / print only certain ranges from Sheet1.

I have selected the print ranges from Format > Print Ranges.

However, when I export to pdf, both Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 are exported. How do I export only the selected print ranges?

Hi

  1. Select the sheets you do not want to export
  2. Format Print Ranges Edit, select - none - in the Print Range listbox
