Copy cell from Calc, paste into jira on chromium: Image pasted instead of text

I’m trying to copy the text content of some LIbreOffice Calc cells into a text field in my browser, but fail to do so.

The browser is Chromium, the application is Atlassian Jira, and I try to paste into the description field of an issue (which is apparently a rich text field).

Whenever I paste with ctrl+v, I get a “paste screenshot” window as seen in the following screenshot:

How can I paste the text only?

Pasting in a text editor works, but that’s not fun if you have 20+ cells to copy one by one.

I simply used Firefox which did not have the problem.
