OS - Windows 7 - 64 bit all security updates done. Here is the details from the warning popup

This happens only when I close the last file I have open in L. If I have 2 word and 3 calcs and close them one at at time only the last one has this error popup. I can't see any affects on the documents I save. Would be nice to have this explained.

This seems to date back to (at least) v4.4.2.2 (same fault module + exception code + info string). The fix was the classic "rename your profile".

See the LO Wiki for location of your profile. It seems from the bug report linked above that all that it needs is:-

  1. Shut down LO
  2. Rename your Profile folder
  3. Restart LO
