I'm writing a manuscript (book) and I'm trying to do the same thing J.K. Rowling did in the Harry Potter books, which was writing the Daily Prophet news in the middle of the page, like if it was in columns (justified and organized), except that it was ONE column. I know this might sound crazy or impossible, but if there is a way, please help me. Thank you!

Possibly the simplest method is to use a frame:-

Menu:-Insert Frame... (the default for v4.4.4.3 is to centre the frame)

The frame can be fixed to the page, paragraph or character. It is simple to centre, or fix to the left- or right-margin. Within the frame you can consider it to be a mini-page & style it as you wish.

If this helps then please tick the answer (✔).
