I need to know how to create the functionality I have seen in this spreadsheet (see the below link).

In this spreadsheet there is a sheet called “Nutrition Table” which contains a list of food and their nutritional values (calories, fat, protein, etc.)
There is another sheet called “Diet Plan” which contains several Drop Down List, these Drop Down List display all the food in the “Nutrition Table”, when I choose a food in a Drop Down List all the nutritional values are copied from “Nutrition Table” onto “Diet Plan”.
I need to know how to do it.
