LibreOffice Draw (LO Version:

Whenever I click inside a textbox, the text format toolbar appears. However when I click in the whole object, I have to enable the toolbar again using the menus to change the format of the whole text, and this preference is not remembered.

Is there anyway to disable auto hide for this toolbar?

It is not possible to disable auto hide but these tools are always available in the Sidebar (Properties entry) and you also can create your own toolbar: Tools Customize Toolbars tab, New add the tools you want.

Unfortunately, having the whole picture jump up and down as the toolbars disappear and reappear is triggering another of my migraines.
