Using Libreoffice 4.4.4.3. Workbook having 10 sheets of which atleast five are blank Sheet has data when opened in Excel.

Apparently this happens if the file is opened from the network drive. I am opening it from a windows mapped drive. I tried opening the file after copying to local disk & it works fine. Any idea why this happens?
Daily I open files in that way and don’t remember an issue like that, with any version of LibreOffice.
Can you download this file from the link and test for me? I am using this in a windows domain network. I am trying to open this file on a windows 8.1 64 bit machine.
I can see data in sheets from 1999-2000 up 2014-2015 and the last “LIST OF COMPUTERS & PERIPHERALS” all with data. Sounds strange that LIbreOffice doesn’t give an error if not the whole file is loaded. Maybe is neede to wait a bit giving time to a some process to finish?
any suggestions how we can find that particular process which is causing this?
