Greetings
I created a ToC with Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3 and changed the style on lvl 1,2,3 to internet link, that works fine.
However when i create a manual index marker (lvl1) it does not get hyperlinked in the ToC.
Please explain the meaning of “lvl”. Thanks.
