Any work around for frame wrapping

using a current windows 7 & lo 5.0, i’ve grown weary of finding workarounds, (i have 50+) but can’t resolve this one. i have adjacent frames anchored to a page which overlap column borders & the header. when i try various wraps i can produce the desired result but moving from that page causes the balance of the paragraph to be replaced by a blank area hiding the contents of that paragraph which will reappear after a re wrap, but then disappear when leaving that page.

of secondary importance, does anyone want to know what my workaround issues are?

[edit: added win7 + lo5 tags]

Sorry, what is the desired result?

to get LO 5.0 do what was done in earlier versions. it appears to me that the QA folks are unfamiliar with multiple frames within a page containing multiple columns.not overlapping header & column borders changes nothing. perhaps the real issue is why so many workarounds?

Could be more productive, instead so many words, attaching a sample file and describe step by step how to reproduce what you think is an issue. BTW QA team are not the developers.

True, @mariosv, but devs can be told to check out a specific question.

bug 93829 submitted. eureka!!! i found a work around for this bug. when you have multiple adjacent frames of unequal length, frame wrap doesn’t work perfectly unless the frames are arranged by length with longest to the left. i have many workarounds that i never experienced in WORD or word perfect. i would volunteer for writer qa except as a non techie there is numerous unknown terminology which might wear out my dictionary. regards a capital challenged ken
