After inserting Calc-fields in Writer, how to create document?

Hi all,

After adding Calc-fields into a Writer-document, i want to create a report off al the items. The only way i can do it now is with the letter-assistant. Is there (or: where is) a function to create a report directly?

What are “calc fields”? What do you want to achieve exactly? Which LO version?
