Use the answer above. The printed versions from Lulu are really good. They have been worked on and improved with each edition by a group of dedicated volunteers. They are first class manuals for LibreOffice. The version 4+ size is a lot better than the version 3+ size, they are more compact. Get on Lulu and try to get a discount on the printed copies. I bought mine with a 20% discount, which helps if you want to buy the set.
