I have about 16 copies of the same file in my down load folder . I am un able to delete any of them and every time I open one to try and delete it there seems to be no obvious way to do it and then when I close it , it seems to have copied its self.
In Windows 7, you could right-click on the start button, select “Open Windows Explorer,” click on “Downloads” in the upper left (or navigate to the Downloads folder), select the files you want to delete (by holding the “Ctrl” key as you select them with the mouse), and press the delete button.
If this doesn’t work, you are using a different version of Windows or something else is going on and more information would help diagnose your problem.
