missing MSVCR120.dll, missing mergedlo.dll
It is likely that you need to update Visual Studio 2013 (this is the successful download for a similar missing msvcr120.dll under win7 in Q57505). However, Windows is terrifying for it’s continual updates & changes both within & between versions.
Possibly a more thorough checklist of possible fixes may come in Q56386 with the Microsoft Fix-It website (“Automatically repair issues that block program installation or removal because of corrupted registry keys.”)
Finally, a thorough library of VC++ downloads in KB2977003 (“The download links for the latest versions of Microsoft Visual C++ 2013, Visual C++ 2012, Visual C++ 2010, Visual C++ 2008 and Visual C++ 2005”), and the versions of Visual Studio to which they refer.
