How to apply background theme to slides

I am trying to apply a background theme for a Psychology presentation and I cannot seem to figure out simply how to apply a background theme and where to find one

Hi

My first advice would be to consult the user guides, especially the one relating to Slides Masters.

Anyway:

  • LibreOffice includes a collection of themes: display Masters Pages pane in the Sidebar, then Right click on the theme to apply and choose Apply to All Slides or Apply to Selected.
  • You can also load your own themes by Format Slide Design.
  • Finally, you can also Right-Click a slide and then Set Background Image.
