I have recently upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 and now due to one of their updates my Office365 no longer works as it will not let me activate the software. Is it possible therefore, to transfer all my data from office365 to libreoffice 5, including, Access, Woprd, Exel etc?

You will only be able to transfer the Access Tables into LO Base. You will need to recreate Forms, Queries, and Reports.

My personal reply is 'yes', that should be possible. Why not just try? (make sure to save in LO native format & you will not lose your original files; transfer back to MS-format if a work colleague (whatever) needs it).
