I cannot open Libre Office (writer or spreadsheet) which I have had for 3 years and updated as prompted. Version 4.4. Windows 8. Libre Calc does open from bottom of screen icons. Twice a window has opened which tells me I do not have Libre Office.

I do not know what details to add… Plz Help… I have no clue what tags are or what to write there the tag line is not accepting anything I enter even if it contains the listed required elements and/or is from the drop down list …AAAAAAAARRRRRGGHHH
