Shift + F5 will not work to show current slide

HI! I am using Impress with Ubuntu 14.04 and suddenly the shortcut Shift +F5 suddenly doesn’t work. I tried to check the settings and the box “allow to show current slide” has been checked. When I use this, it just goes back to starting slide. Please help.
