LO3.5 won't open or open documents - excell docs origonally done on a WINDOWS XP but this is now on a WINDOWS7 and they have been available recently

When you try to open such documents does import dialog appears?

3.6 had this problem for me…uninstalled and moved back to 3.5.6…so far no problems
BTW…ALL LO files on XP had this problem with 3.6

Thank you for yur responses. Things returned to normal after i used system retore, then attempted to download a LIBRE offer to update, which was followed by a notification that there was a temporary problem with the LIBRE system. I left it for 24 hours and everything went as expected and iv been problem free since.
