I went to update my version of LibreOffice when it told me an update was available. I tried to install it but it keeps coming up with the error that either I have to log in to an administrator account or contact my sys admin. According to my settings I am an administrator. I tried turning the UAC off but it still didn’t work.
When you right-click the .MSI there are masses of options, including install. UAC is a wonderful nightmare, but just thank your lucky stars that you do not have a Mac.
