I cannot find a way to sort my database on the the web site it says to go into the data tab but there is not a data tab the sort command is always grey scaled so I cannot use it
With the form in edit mode, select Form Navigator from the Form Design toolbar. Right click on the Form/Subform which contains the Table you want sorted. Select Properties. In the dialog box that appears, select the Data tab. From the line
‘Sort’, select the ellipsis (…) at the end of the line & that is where you create your sort criteria.
