Can't print to network

Neither LO nor OO will print to network printer. Both programs were a clean install on a new network node. Virtually all other programs on the machine print to the network just fine. Workstation is running Windows 7. Neither LO nor OO recognize the printer as the default (though it clearly is set as such in Windows). The printer can be selected but when the print button is clicked nothing happens – nothing prints, and nothing even shows up in the queue for the network printer. This is the only printer on the network, a Sharp copier/color printer.

I had the same problem and upgraded to LibreOffice 5.0.4.2 and it works OK now.

I have same problems with my wireless Epson printer working with Libra Office 5.2.3.3 OS Version:Windows 6.1

I computer is Windows 7 and all other apps print ok. Seems the program is not seeing the network and I find no info yet on how to work out the issue. Hope someone can help out. My user name is “woodboat”.
