Libreoffice doesn't save content after first inserted image

Hi,
I’m using libreoffice writer version 4.3.4.1 in a windows 10 pc to write a thesis and after I insert an image, save, close the document and then re-open it, any content that is supposed to be after the first image inserted is missing. The document size even shrinks back to a document with just the amount of content it has after the “clipping”.

Happened to anyone? Is there anyway to fix that?

That sounds remarkably like Q64314 (OpenGL bug), but I thought that it did not apply to v4.3.
