How to "pin" a document to Recent Documents in Writer for easier access later?

I hope this doesn’t seem like a duplicate question. I asked this in with another question earlier and after I submitted it, I saw a comment where we should only ask one question per submission. That’s why I’m asking this separately/again.

I have a Toshiba laptop running Windows 10 64 bit. I have installed Libre Office Version: 5.0.3.2 (x64)
Build ID: e5f16313668ac592c1bfb310f4390624e3dbfb75
Locale: en-US (en_US)

I am switching to Libre Writer from MS Word. In Word there is an extremely helpful option where you can “pin/attach/glue” items that you access frequently to the Recent Documents in Writer. You can’t imagine how much I depend on this. I use it multiple times per day. I have attached a screen print showing the Recent Document screen in MS Word so you can see that it actually shows a little poster pin next to the name indicating it has been pinned to the list. The pinned items are shown at the bottom of the list permanently until you un-pin them, while the other, less frequently accessed documents, are shown at the top.

I did download the History Master which allowed me to change the number of items in the Recent Document list but I have not found any other options that will allow me to pin items to that list.

Well, I guess I won’t be attaching the screenprint of the Recent Documents list. I got a message saying I needed to have 3 points to upload a file. I have no idea what that means. I guess if you want to see the screenprint, you will have to provide me with a way to get it to you. If you can’t do that, maybe you can confer with someone who is familiar with MS Word as surely they would know what I’m talking about. You have to know your competition to be able to compete.
