Cannot open Mail Merge Wizard

I start LibreOffice Writer 5.0.3 on Windows 10 and open Mail Merge Wizard. Then i get an error: white window with Not Responding. It’s worked well before.
I try to reinstall but still not working.
Pls help. Thanks.
