In calc, how can I find and replace all cells with only 0 in them, without replacing the zeros in 1000 or 100 or whatever?

I need to replace all cells with 0 in them to 1. But I don’t want to change every 1000 or 100 to 1111 or 111.

Put Check Mark in the “Entire Cells” option in Find and Replace Window.
