Writer not keeping formulas saving other formats

Hi all,

I searched the forum and couldn’t find a similar question so apologies if this has been asked/answered before.

I created a table in Writer (V 4.4.6.3) and added some simple formulas to the cells using F2 to insert them and all works fine when saved as a .odt but the formulas are lost when saving as a .docx. I tried recreating them in the .docx but when I save, close, reopen they are gone.

Am I doing something wrong? Can formulas not be saved in other formats in Writer? Is this a bug?

:I am also having this problem - sort of. I can not save the formulas in tables in .docx fromat at all, even when I enter them directly and use them As soon as I save and reopen the docx they are gone.

Can we save the formuals in tables in docx documents ?
