I am using LO on Linux Mint 17.1 - Cinnamon 64bit. After a time, I opened Calc and it didn’t show grid lines at all. I have tried to solve this thing in Calc in:
Tools → Options → LibreOffice Calc → Visual Aids
Here it was already set to Show, but the grid lines are not visible. I have tried changing the settings, but of no avail. The only way it seems to work by setting cells’ background color (except white) and setting the Visual Aids to Show on colored cells.
This problem appeared on LO 4.2. After I could not solve the problem I uninstalled it by removing even the configuration settings with this command:
sudo apt-get remove --purge libreoffice-core
and installed LO 5 only to find myself in the same situation.
Is there any real solution to this? Please help someone!
