I find LibreOffice Draw 5 useful for editing pdf files, but how do I tell it what fonts to use if substitution is needed?

I have found that LibreOffice Draw 5 seems to be the best free program for editing pdf files containing a lot of photos. My main objective is to compress the file by decreasing the jpeg QF, which Draw does very well. It also lets me trim the photos where needed. But I ran into a problem recently with the text part of the file. This uses an embedded font, but since the creator is a Mac, the font is not always matched exactly in Windows. In this case Draw seems to just arbitrarily use Arial, without allowing me any choice in the matter. Can I change this behaviour?

Manually specify the required fonts in the Replacement Table.
