I only see a field for answering a question, but nothing for commenting, despite the mention of a “commenting tool”. how can I comment questions & answers ?
I think you need enough karma. After answering some questions you should be able to comment on questions.
Seems questions can only be answered and answers be commented.

It also looks like I can comment my own questions, not anyone else’s.
You can comment anything if you have enough Karma… It’s not good enough to be Magic
