How to start with a 8X10 in. format to write and print?

The page you have provided (the one I am writing on) looks like 8X10 in format. Can you reproduce that in your Office kind of WORD or help me make one.

You can set 8x10 page size in Format > Page then save as a Template. See the LO help for how to use Templates.
