Language-Specific Fonts in LibreOffice Writer

Is there a way to set theme fonts for specific languages in LibreOffice Writer? I noticed that LibreOffice detects when I’m switching keyboards from German to Greek and automatically changes the language of the text I’m typing. Is there a feature to change the font accordingly, too?

(I’m using LibreOffice 5.0.5.2 and Windows 10.)

This is the type of problem that styles are well-suited to solving. Either a paragraph style for entire paragraphs set in a specific font / language, or a character style for in-line setting of font / language. Refer chapters 6-7 of the Writer Guide v4.2.
