How can I add Fonts to LibreOffice on Win7

I am using LibreOffice 5 on Win 7. I find that I cannot see the fonts that have been installed on my PC. I have looked at some of the answers to similar questions but they all refer to LibreOffice on Linux. I have also looked at the Tools>Options>Language Settings but this only shows me the Languages available but nothing referring to fonts. Any pointers/suggestions?

Which section of LO are you asking about? Writer, Spreadsheet or what? I also have LO 5 on Win 7.

When you install LO it comes with some fonts used by LO but you have access to all the fonts on Windows.
It you create a new Writer document near the top right you have a drop down list for style and next to it a drop down list for selecting a font.

I installed Version: 5.2.6.2 (x64) on Windows 7 and can't see the Windows fonts, just the ones installed by Libre Office. How do I make Libre Office Writer see the Windows fonts installed in c:\Windows\Fonts ???
