is there a way to change text orientation to vertical inside of a table cell in Impress? Now I’m just using a rotated textbox, but in this manner I every time need to allign the box by my own to make impression the text belongs to a cell.

You can at least save one step by enabling the Tools▸Options▸Language Settings▸Languages▸Default Languages for Documents▸Asian, therefore, you can make the Vertical Text button visible in the Drawing Toolbar.
Another solution would be to use Insert▸Object▸OLE Object▸Spreadsheet instead of an “Impress Table”. You get the spreadsheet interface on editing table and you will have vertical alignment.
