My spreadsheet looks great. I save it and close the program. When I go back to the spreadsheet to do work at a later time, it is all squashed together to the left. It is a real pain to have to expand each and every column every time I want to do more work on a spreadsheet. Never had this problem with Open Office nor with Microsoft Excel.
I can’t reproduce your problem. What version are you using and have you changed something in the settings? I’m using a fresh install of 5.1.2
