I have a document with:

  1. Some paragraph (no lists)
  2. A numbered list
  3. Some paragraph (no lists)

Then, I want to create a numbered list (after all the content), but it continues the previous numbered list.
So every time it happens - I always need to click "Right mouse button" and then "Restart Numbering".
How do I disable this behaviour?

I have tried several combinations and cannot reproduce your results. In each case, successive new numbered lists begin with 1. I'm not sure, but I don't believe your karma status allows you to upload a file for us to check.

I would recommend you look at all settings related to numbered lists, and to bullets and numbering. Make sure settings indicate that lists start at 1 and do not continue numbering from the previous list.

If all else fails, uninstall LO. Download the most recent stable version of LO, install it, and see if you still have the problem.
