I just typed in 107 headings into row 1. Each heading is in a separate column, but I need to put ROW 1 in alphabetical order. selecting the row and using sort ascending does not work.
Select your row. Then go to Data->Sort chose Options tab & change Direction at bottom of dialog (Left to Right). Then to Sort Criteria tab & Sort Key 1 use dropdown to select the row you highlighted. Select OK button. Should be sorted.
