It is in a CALC spreadsheet.
I need to amend/update the TextBox.
It does NOT show up in the Navigator .
If you had named the text box, it would show up in the Navigator.
Click the icon “Select” in the drawing toolbar and then click on the text of the text box.

I must remember the first tip about naming the object.
The second one sorted my problem out.
If the text box is not named, what you can do is the same as explained here: In calc how do i select background object - #2 by Lupp — show the drawing toolbar, select the “selection arrow” there, and then click on the (backgrounded) text box.
