On a new computer, with Windows 10, I installed Libreoffice. On both my existing database and a new one I just now created with Base, there is just a blank space at the bottom as I view a table, where the record navigator should be (ie first record, next record, etc). I found a clue on an old web page of a user with a similar problem, his temporary workaround: maximize the table window and the navigator controls appear; restore the window to regular dimensions and the navigator controls remain; until the table is closed and reopened, so needs to be done each time.
Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.
