Version 5.1.3 was released 7 days ago and there’s no portable version. Actually, there’s been no LO 5.1.2 portable version and the last one is 5.1.1 issued on April,17th.
Is there a reason for these delays or a change in portable edition policy ?
This is from PortableApps.com, who package LO as a portable app.

It does partially answer the questions. Who is the “publisher”, why these delays and why no 5.1.2 ?
