Donation then fail

Just upgraded to Win10, decided to ignore the nag for MS Office and donate to Libre Office instead. It’s been serving me well for a couple of years now.

Tried to upgrade and just got repeated 'close this PID, close this PID, close this PID… ’ on and on. So, no upgrade. Still on 4.1.3.2.

What’s up?

Uninstall old version,create a restore point before you uninstall, and perform a fresh install of the new version
