Hi, I can’t figure this out. I use calc to compile many different output tables from one set of data using a multitude of data. These tables are then converted to PDF and shared amoung various relevent parties. One of these tables is for people management and has an empty column for the organiser to add names and numbers by hand.
I would like to create an empty form text box (I can do this) in the top cell; then copy and duplicate to all the required cells below. Then when exporting to PDF I unselect ‘Allow duplicate field names’. I can do this individually as in select cell, paste text box; select next cell, paste text box; etc etc. This is time consuming and the position of the text box within that cell is not preserved.
How can I do multiple copys by selecting the entire cell range? How can I preserve position? Can I set the cell to be the actual text box?
I have achieved the first 2 parts in the past in an eqarlier LO version but can’t for the life of me figure out how to do it now.
Any help much appreciated.
