How do I view Turkish character?

Hi,
I have an xls file. I am trying to open this file with Libra OfficeCalc. I choose import options as Turkish, but Turkish characters are going incorrect. How do I view Turkish character?

I wonder if you could tell us the font name.
The font might be too old to be compatible with Unicode.
If so, you would have to install the (obsolete) font.
