I copy a lot of complicated formulas as image from a PDF document and paste in different places among text in Writer. Both PDF view and Writer view have some level of zoom. When I paste some image that I captured using Windows Snipping Tool in writer, it is big, so I have to manually resize each and every pasted image to make it stand good in the text. Is there a way I can configure Writer to do this resize for every image I paste?

I hope the following images make the question clearer.
