To jump from an index entry to corresponding text, you enter ctrl + click. What are the equivalent keystrokes? [closed]

Ctrl + enter doesn't work. I'm asking this question on behalf of a visually impaired person who cannot use a mouse.

There is no predefined shortcut. Set the cursor onto the link, then open the context menu (shift+F10 or special key on the keyboard). There it is the item "Open Hyperlink". It shout have a mnemomic, which you can use immediately.

If you need it often, you can customize LibreOffice and assign a shortcut yourself. It is the command "Open Hyperlink" in the category "Edit".
