I did search this and couldn’t find an answer, which I thought was odd because it seems like it would be a common task. What I want to do is use a Calendar to pick dates in a form. I added the Calendar control from the “more controls” window but it doesn’t seem to do that.
Can some one direct me as to how to accomplish this?

May be you have not set General tab▸Dropdown property to Yes?

Yes. In a grid control showing columns from a data source the date fields have the option on the General tab described above. Change Dropdown from No to Yes to allow opening a calendar for that field.
