My printer (Xerox work centre 5020) was working fine until LO 5.0. After the LO versions from 5.0, (ie 5.1, 5.2, 5.3) print is not working in LO. (print from all other programs is working fine)

In print window, the default printer is selected but the properties button is greyed out and page size 0mm

(the problem is only with systems with windows 10)

when I select "printer setting' from file menu the following message is displayed.

if I downgrade to 5.0, print is working fine.

EDIT: I downloaded and installed LO for OS Windows x86 instead of Windows x86_64. Now print is working fine.

Please try resetting the user profile, sometimes solves strange issues. https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/U... Usually it's enough renaming/deleting the file "user/registrymodifications.xcu", it affects all the options in Menu/Tools/Options, and the files "user/basic/dialog.xlc" and "scrip.xlc" are overwritten, additionally custom colors in "user/config/standard.soc" are lost.

I'm with Win10 since a year, and never have had this issue. Does it happen on an user with administrative rights?

@m.a.riosv Yes, the user is administator.

Is LibreOffice the unique application with the problem?

@m.a.riosv Yes. I can print with any other application. The same problem is occurring in another system pre installed with windows 10

Can you try backing down to LO 5.0.6? 5.1 is "Stable", 5.0.6 is "Still" and recommended for corporate use because of it's long history and so many problems have been solved.

Then try going to the printer manager in windows an select one as default.

What happens trough Menu/File/Printer settings?

@m.a.riosv Please see the second image, "No default printer found." But when opening print window, the default printer is pre-selected as shown in the first image

I took your solution of using the x86 version; but only worked when I changed all the fonts to Arial; I was using a Philosopher opentype font. Perhaps changing fonts may help some with this issue. Sounds strange to me, that changing the font would allow the documents I could not print, to immediately print with no problem. I sure hope this helps someone else. I have been working and searching for a couple of months for a fix.
